The developer of Solarpunk opened applications for a single-player PC/Steam playtest on September 19. Anyone interested can sign up through a Google Form, with the deadline set for Sunday, September 21.
Applicants get added to a pool of interested players. The developer will select a group from that pool and send them a playtest key. Selected participants get contacted by email on Monday. If you don’t hear back, you weren’t picked this time.
The developer also used the announcement to show off buildings that Kickstarter Alpha Access users have already built. They shared screenshots from users like Ma_D_Kiri, Aeon, and Starburst Fox.
“We are always amazed at how creative the community is, and we are delighted to see that our sandbox is so well received,” they wrote.
The playtest form is open until September 21.
